Project: Slasher

THE BRIEF

"Project: Slasher" is the first-of-its-kind "choose your own adventure" for horror fans. No more sitting back and watching the dumb blond girl stumble through the woods looking for her boyfriend. No. We get it. You're bored with that. So what could be better than not just watching a horror film, but being part of it? That's what Project Slasher is all about. Walk alongside Janelle (Ambre Lake) as her normal day turns upside down. But this time, don't just watch her suffer, join the action and make your own choices as to where she should go and what she should do. Come on. You deserve it. After years of watching overplayed horror films, it's time you had a say. She Lives. She Dies. You Choose.

MY FOCUS

10 years before "Bandersnatch", I had a crazy f**king idea. Flash was the rage, blu-ray was expensive as hell and this new thing called HD video came into play. With $2000 maxed out on a credit card, we piled a camera crew into a van and drove 700 miles to Womelsdorf, Pennsylvania.

Why? Because I wanted to make an "interactive movie."

"Project: Slasher" hit international acclaim and even caught the attention of People Magazine. The combination of Ambre Lake's recent success on "Rock of Love" coupled with the interactive tech quickly made its rounds on the internet. From 2008-2010 We sold DVDs around the globe. The concept was so intriguing, I was even in talks with DirecTV's SVP to port it to their devices.
